FAQ

Questions We Get Asked Every Week

Pricing, timing, safety and what we actually do differently. If your question isn't here, call and ask.

How much does pressure washing cost in Chatham-Kent?

Most single storey house washes in Chatham-Kent land between $300 and $500, two storey homes between $450 and $750, and standard driveways between $180 and $350. Size, access and how long it's been since the last cleaning move the number, so we always quote in writing first.

Do you serve Windsor, Sarnia and St. Thomas too?

Yes. Chatham-Kent is home base and we run scheduled routes into Windsor, Sarnia and St. Thomas, along with Wallaceburg, Blenheim, Tilbury, LaSalle, Bright's Grove and Port Stanley.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or shingles?

It can, which is why we soft wash instead. Siding and roofs get low pressure plus a cleaning solution that kills the algae at the root. High pressure is reserved for concrete, brick pavers and other hard surfaces.

When is the best time of year to book?

April through October is prime season here. Spring is popular because of road salt and pollen, and fall bookings pair nicely with gutter cleaning and holiday lighting. Book two to three weeks out during May and June.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Not necessarily. We need water access and clear parking. Plenty of customers leave a key or a gate code and come home to a finished job with photos in their inbox.

Are your cleaning products safe for plants and pets?

We pre-wet landscaping, use the lowest effective mix and rinse everything at the end. Keep pets inside during the wash and they can be back out on the lawn once we're done and it's dry.
